3. Safeguards for Minors (Under Age 18)
In compliance with Section 9 of the DPDPA 2023, special protections apply to all learners under the age of 18:
- We process child data strictly after obtaining verifiable parental consent via authenticated SMS/WhatsApp OTP.
- Parents retain the unconditional right to withdraw consent and review their child's records via the Parent Command Center.
- We strictly prohibit behavioral tracking, targeted advertising, or algorithmic profiling directed at minor students.
4. Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under Indian Law, every student and parent holds the following irrevocable rights:
- Right to Access: Request a complete summary of all personal data held by STEMix Academy.
- Right to Correction: Rectify inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
